I'm wanting to do this project when i move. I'm doing it in both my kids' rooms. I've looked just about everywhere for cute fabrics, including Etsy (which i did find some i love)- but haven't found exactly what I want. totally cute right?

any of you have any recommendations of fabric places to look for awesome fabric? I'm not wanting to spend a lot either. Let me know if you know of anything k? Spanx!!! :)

I have no idea about fabric but I will say that this is so stinking cute! I can just imagine it in a kids room!!! OOOO how cute...I mean esp. Little girls rooms!
Let me try this again, I had to delete the first comment b/c I screwed up... try emailing Lynn at elrwga@comcast.net or Joy Pederson at jpederson72@comcast.net maybe they can help.
this looks sooo cute...
!!
thanx for the inspi..
no idea for great fabrics.. guess when I find something here in holland it's way to expensive to get it over there..
You know what? Try some vintage stores. There's a lot of funky stores in Sav . . . look for dresses and skirts, especially. from the 70s. Then just cut them up. Goodwill and Salvation Army is always good for that stuff and cheaper than vintage stores.
I don't know of any stores that are in your state but I think that is a beautiful way to display the fabric! Can't wait to see what you come up with!
That's such a cute idea. Have you tried Fabrika downtown? It is on Habersham, above Oglethorpe (I think). Also, I think Colonial Quilts on Largo has a nice selection. If that doesn't work, check out purlsoho.com - they have everything.
